All sales are final no refunds on orders that have been paid  please keep that in mind before purchasing. You will only be offered store credit. There is a %15 restocking fee for your order it must be in the same condition that it was sent to you. Do not remove rubber bands, cut, or color the hair; if this is done your chance to be issued store credit or exchange will be voided. There is a 7 to 10 day wait for all return items.

When returning your items, please include a note inside the package with your transaction ID number, tracking number, and the item you are exchanging. Please make sure you have insurance included on your items. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.  Please leave a contact number for all orders.
